Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using Intera Tools, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Intera Tools is operated by the Intera Tools operator ("we", "us").
The service
Intera Tools provides free browser-based tools for working with images, PDFs and QR codes. Files are processed locally in your browser and are not uploaded to our servers.
The service is provided free of charge and "as is". We may add, change, suspend or remove tools or features at any time, with or without notice.
Your files and your responsibility
You are responsible for the files you process and for how you use the results. You must have the necessary rights or permissions for any file you work with.
- Do not use the tools to remove or obscure watermarks, credits or copyright notices belonging to others.
- Do not use the tools to copy, alter or distribute copyrighted content without permission.
- Do not process files in a way that violates the privacy or other rights of others.
Acceptable use
When using Intera Tools, you agree not to:
- Create, process or distribute illegal content, including content that infringes the rights of others.
- Use automated means, such as bots or scrapers, for mass use or scraping that overloads or disrupts the service.
- Attempt to break, hack, reverse engineer for malicious purposes, or interfere with the security or normal operation of the site.
- Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Intellectual property
The Intera Tools name, logo, site design, text and code are owned by the Intera Tools operator or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy or reuse them without permission, except as allowed by law.
You keep all rights to your own files and to the results you create with the tools. We do not claim any ownership of them.
Ads and third-party links
Intera Tools is funded by advertising and may display ads from third parties such as Google AdSense. The site may also contain links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, products or practices of advertisers or third-party sites. Your dealings with them are solely between you and them.
No warranty
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. Results can vary depending on your file, browser and device, and some files (for example very large files or encrypted PDFs) may not be processed.
Limitation of liability
Please check every result before you use or share it, and always keep a backup of your original files. To the extent permitted by law, the Intera Tools operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, files or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. By continuing to use Intera Tools after changes take effect, you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute arising from or related to the service will be subject to the court having jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act of the Republic of Korea.
